OPC Pest Services is rapidly expanding across the Eastern Jefferson, Oldham and Shelby County, Kentucky service areas, providing pest management services to a variety of customers. The Pest Control Technician role is essential for delivering high-quality pest management solutions while building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers

Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters

Seek opportunities for customer base growth

Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services

Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements

Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary

And serve as a key member of the branch team!

Qualification

High School Diploma/GEDHome services experiencePhysical fitnessTeamwork

Required

Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary

High School Diploma/GED

Valid driver's license

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc

Able to work in all types of weather conditions

Preferred

Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
