Oversee IAM programs (SailPoint, AD) and security compliance

Manage enterprise systems architecture and audit readiness

Lead incident response and process improvements

Collaborate with senior leaders and manage operations

Promote Agile/DevOps practices and mentor team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Experience with SailPoint, AD, ServiceNow, CI/CD, Azure
