Responsibilities
Manage complex video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring they meet creative goals, strict timelines, and budget parameters
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, providing strategic counsel, and translating their objectives into compelling solutions
Lead and assemble directors, crews, and external partners across a range of content, including live-action, VFX, animation, and virtual productions
Partner closely with creative teams to develop powerful concepts, pitch decks, scripts, and storyboards that win business and inspire our teams
Build and oversee project estimates, source and negotiate with vendors, and allocate resources to maximize quality and efficiency
Guide the editing, finishing, and delivery workflows, ensuring the final output meets the highest quality standards
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted tools to streamline production workflows, enhance storytelling, and push creative boundaries
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in video production, film, or a related creative production role, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to lead
A deep understanding of end-to-end production and post-production workflows, industry standards (including AICP bidding), and emerging technologies
Proven success in leading client-facing projects with clarity, professionalism, and confidence
Strong background in storytelling and brand communication
Proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with industry software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and modern project management tools
