Responsibilities
Produce Project Support documentation
Familiarity with ITSM Remedy Change Management (CRQs)
Familiarity with Teradata SQL and Tools
Self motivator and attention to detail driven
Project Management skills should include familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodology, but not required. Must be able to facilitate conference calls and provide detailed meeting minutes. Must be familiar with Remedy, MS Office Tools, and SharePoint
Ability to access data and perform independent research into security problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions
