Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise programs; own portfolio reporting cadence and delivery of outcomes

Architect and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet) with rigorous data quality and governance

Identify, pilot, and scale AI/automation solutions to improve project workflows and operational efficiency

Analyze portfolio and program data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; present recommendations directly to all stakeholders

Facilitate requirements and cross-functional alignment; manage dependencies, risks, and change impacts across teams

Establish standards, templates, and best practices for status reporting, RAID logs, and decision tracking; mentor junior analysts on their adoption

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to align priorities and define KPIs/OKRs that tie initiatives to business outcomes

Prepare SteerCo materials, executive briefings, and narrative communications that drive clarity and decisive action

Required

8+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or management consulting, ideally with experience at a top consulting firm and in enterprise technology or SaaS environments

Experience in a high-performing analytics or PMO environment preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization tools with experience preparing executive-ready deliverables

Familiarity with project/portfolio management software (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills leveraging consulting frameworks and enterprise tech best practices

Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related discipline

Preferred
