In this role, you will partner closely with clinical staff, IT, and leadership to develop, enhance, and support EMR applications, workflows, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize EMR systems, workflows, and clinical documentation
Lead system design, testing, training, and go-live support for new functionality
Provide onsite and remote end-user support and troubleshooting
Train providers, nurses, and new hires on EMR functionality and upgrades
Collaborate with clinical, IT, billing, and leadership teams to improve efficiency, compliance, and reimbursement
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
Maintain RN skills and provide patient care as needed
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active RN license in the State of South Dakota, or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects effectively
High level of technical aptitude with strong computer skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
BLS certification required, or ability to obtain upon hire
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or business management
Two or more years of hospital or clinical nursing experience
Familiarity with EMR/clinical applications and healthcare technology
