Strategic vision/goals for the engineering team
Team training and responsibilities
Technical requirements documentation development
Functional architecture and configuration
Acceptance test plans and reporting
Direct guidance and task assignment for the engineering team
Qualification
Required
MS in IT Management / BS in Information Technology or Networking
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS
2 years Modeling and Simulation experience
Systems Engineering processes and best practices
Modeling & Simulation protocols including Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and/or High-Level Architecture (HLA)
Virtualization technologies (e.g., vmWare)
Containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies including Docker/Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, etc
