Omni-Channel/Shopper Marketing Manager

The Manager, Omni-Channel/Shopper Marketing will lead operations and growth strategies across key marketplaces, driving sales performance through promotions and integrated marketing campaigns while overseeing product listings and platform analytics.

Responsibilities
Lead E-commerce, shopper marketing and retail media management strategy and implementation
Team and agency leadership: Lead an associate marketer and agency partners
Marketplace Management and Retail.com media management: Oversee and optimize our presence on retail.com (eg. Target.com, Krogert, etc), Instacart/other platforms ensuring best in-class content, promotions, and advertising effectiveness
Website Channel Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance our website (shopify), improving UX/UI, to drive engagement and brand story-telling
Customer Experience & Retention: Improve customer journey touchpoints to increase engagement and retention
Inventory & Forecasting: Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory availability, demand planning, and efficient fulfillment for all e-commerce platforms
Competitive & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok shop, Walmart, Kroger, and Target, as well as emerging channels
Manage an annual calendar for product listings, pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy to maximize sales and profitability
Monitor and analyze platform KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to inform strategy adjustments and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing and integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in a combination of established CPG and start-up/ entrepreneurial environments
2-years experience with Shopper Marketing and retail media
Proven experience leading agency partners
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center), digital ad platforms, and Criteo, analytics tools
Proven expertise in e-commerce, Amazon, Instacart and other platforms
Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; Excel and data visualization proficiency required
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience in CPG Food preferred
