Talent Acquisition & HR Manager
L2 Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead recruiting and core HR operations. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and enhancing employee experience through onboarding, training, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles and locations
Build diverse talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, schools, and community programs
Represent the company at career fairs and outreach events
Design and deliver a seamless onboarding process
Support benefits administration and lead open enrollment
Promote a positive and inclusive culture through engagement initiatives
Coordinate performance management processes
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs
Maintain compliance records for training and development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Address employee relations concerns professionally and consistently
Qualification
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
3+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in recruiting
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Proficiency with ATS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction or trades industry preferred
