Responsibilities
Lead the monthly financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Oversee AR/AP, payroll, and daily financial operations
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, internal policies, and procedures
Coordinate external audits, including annual financial statement audits and grant audits
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial analysis and maintain strong internal controls
Qualification
Required
BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience
CPA or MBA (not required but a plus)
