Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for field, service, and office roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
Proactively source candidates using job boards, ATS, referrals, social media, and industry-specific channels
Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill skilled trade positions
Attend career fairs, trade school events, and community recruiting initiatives as needed
Promote the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
Ensure a positive, professional, and timely candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and hiring efficiency
Assist with offer letters, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding coordination
Partner with HR, and all department teams to ensure smooth new-hire transitions

Required

3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on Industrial and Corporate roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field is required
Prior experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms
Ability to proactively network within the Hampton Roads/Williamsburg areas
High technical acumen with regards to computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.), and a willingness to learn new systems as required
Comfortable working in fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, all while maintaining a sense of urgency
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational skills, and a desire to go above and beyond for our team
