Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis on the organization's current technology assets (hardware, software, infrastructure) to identify obsolescence or areas needing updates
Maintaining and monitoring asset inventories to track hardware and software components slated for refresh
Ensure systems and equipment adhere to lifecycle plans, identifying when replacements or upgrades are needed based on age, performance, and business requirements
Work with stakeholders to prioritize refresh efforts based on urgency, business value, and budget constraints
Evaluate the financial impact of refresh initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses of retaining versus replacing aging technology
Produce dashboards and reports that communicate refresh status, timelines, and cost metrics to key stakeholders
Partner with engineers, project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to execute refresh strategies efficiently
Assess risks associated with delays or failures in updating critical technologies and proposing mitigation plans

Required

Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain
5 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Bachelors in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and minimum 5 years of data analysis experience

Preferred

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations for refresh strategies
Knowledge of enterprise-level IT systems, asset management, and technology lifecycles
Organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across teams
Ensuring accurate tracking of asset inventories and refresh schedules
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, or CMDB tools)
Possess excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
