Responsibilities
Support the seasonal product development process for the brand, partnering closely with the Merchandise Manager
Perform in-season and hindsight selling analysis by department and line, as well as ad hoc reporting requested by the Merchandise team
Manage product lines in Toolio, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems
Partner with the Production team as needed to support product development and execution
Serve as the main point of contact for product samples, providing product details and assets for the website
Maintain full responsibility for sample management and tracking across all collections
Responsible for sample management, closet maintenance, and tracking
Run weekly preproduction sample review with cross-functional team
Organize samples for the website, seasonal lifestyle shoots, and PPR meetings
Complete seasonal projects for merchants
Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Maintain and run reports weekly and as needed by merchant team
Follow projects/tasks through to completion
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree required
Responsible for sample management, closet maintenance, and tracking

Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Must possess strong analytical skills as well as a strong proficiency working with numbers
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong organizational skills
PC skills required, including experience with Word and Excel applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with all levels within the organization
