Supervisor, Site Records

Responsibilities

Supervise CEC Records Management Staff and manage turnover and hiring
Ensure CEC compliance with Constellation nuclear RM and DC initiatives
Ensure CEC adherence to records storage, records retention, and document distribution in accordance with Constellation procedures, policies, and commitments
Ensure compliance with business plans and budget requirements
Ensure that CEC RM complies with the Standard Records Retention Schedule
Ensure assessments on RM program implementation and performance are completed as scheduled
Participate in special company/industry committees (i.e., Nuclear Information and Records Management Association - NIRMA, Area Requiring Management Attention - ARMA)
Administer and evaluate technology and contracts associated with RM activities
All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of nuclear or records management experience OR
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of nuclear or records management experience OR
Associate's degree with 7 years of nuclear or records management experience OR
High school diploma/GED with 9 years of nuclear or records management experience
Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Preferred

Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (e.g. Asset Suite 9) and ECM (e.g. Electronic Document Management System - EDMS, Fleet Configuration Management System - FCMS) solution
Microsoft (MS) Office Suite with demonstrated skills with database software such as MS-Access
Programming skills (e.g., MS Access VB module, Web Services, Structured Query Language - SQL programming logic)
CEC records/document control and other department processes
Supervisor experience with represented personnel
