Customer Sales Lead - eCommerce, Walmart Enterprise

The Enterprise eCommerce Customer Sales Lead will be responsible for managing the eCommerce sales strategy at Walmart, driving digital growth, and collaborating with various teams to enhance online sales performance.

Responsibilities
Lead ecommerce Walmart sales strategy and own ecommerce solutions to drive digital dollar growth at Walmart
Lead in the development of insight-backed ecommerce strategies and tactics (recipe integration, shelf pages, Product Detail Pages)
Utilize and be the expert in Scintilla and Walmart ecommerce data, inclusive of digital landscape tool in Scintilla
Key in relationship with Walmart Digital Acceleration team
Own item set-up, Price Pack Architecture, sku segmentation for ecommerce modalities, including cyber events, virtual bundles and variated Product Detail Pages
Own and lead strategy, setup, and tracking for cyber events and pack transitions
Works with omni-commerce team to communicate ecommerce objectives and goals to accelerate activation plans
Lead change management in multi-modality fulfillment inclusive of assortment expansion to Fulfillment Centers and ecommerce case packs
Manage forecasting and in-stock/NIL pick rates for Walmart ecommerce sales
Own score carding and reporting ecommerce data for merchant meetings, line reviews, Joint Business Plans, etc
Partner hand in hand with Campbells Walmart sales team to embed ecommerce into business conversations, AOP, and customer Joint Business Planning
Lead in ecommerce product availability and 3P mitigation
Lead in brand shop development and maintenance alongside omni-commerce
Own and manage digital assortment in Supplier 1
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of commercial experience
Experience in 'Fortune 500' company, or in the CPG or Food related industries
Previous successful experience with Walmart
Digital and/or eCommerce sales experience
Preferred
Well organized, disciplined planner and leader of change
Demonstrated teamwork skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive, passion and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
Effective people/agency manager
Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal
Strategic thinker with strong organization and communication skills
Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
