Responsibilities
Oversee electrical equipment design in HVAC&R systems
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
Document technical data for projects and tasks
Monitor and communicate project status and developments
Research electrical component design proposals
Provide feedback on electrical component needs
Estimate costs and prepare contract documents
Review electrical code applications for construction
Train production teams on electrical design requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
0-5 years of related experience
Knowledge of HVAC&R manufacturing methods
Proficiency in Microsoft productivity software
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Basic electrical understanding required
Ability to read and interpret Electrical code
Preferred
Experience with HVAC-specific manufacturing
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to guide and influence others
