Responsibilities
Create, develop, curate, and analyze technical content for digital self-service products
Advocate for users during the engineering and design processes
Ensure content is easy to find, useful, and current
Actively embed AI into content workflows and user experiences
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers
Drive a cohesive end-to-end content experience that moves clients through their product journey
Qualification
Required
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Able to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively
Ability to Design, develop, edit, and produce accurate and effective technical documentation
Preferred
Ability to use and contribute to shared source repositories such as GitHub
Experience with XML or DITA tagging languages
Understanding of IBM Design Thinking practices, DevOps and a variety of software engineering concepts
Knowledge of Native AI solutions for creating structured content
