Guardian Jobs is seeking an HR Operations & Insights Analyst to join one of London's leading advertising and media agencies. The role involves maintaining HR data integrity, producing reports, analyzing workforce data, and improving HR processes. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for HR analytics and a desire to enhance their skills in a collaborative environment.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within their HRIS and related systems
Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics
Analysing workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities - translating findings into key insights
Leading on the migration to a new HRIS and helping upskill team members on the new platform
Supporting with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
Improving and streamlining existing HR systems and processes

Qualification

HRIS experienceData analysisExcel skillsHR operations experienceInterest in media sectorAttention to detail

Required

12 months minimum HR, People or HR operations experience (ideally in the creative industries but open)
a keen interest in HR data, metrics and analytics
experienced in working with HR systems (HRIS) and managing employee data
strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas) and able to analyse data and present insights in a clear, meaningful way
superb attention to detail
