Responsibilities

Heavy calendar management - scheduling meetings, anticipating conflicts, booking conference rooms, ensuring prep materials are available, etc
Facilitate all travel arrangements (air, rail, hotel, car service)
Expense management, inputting all expenses and receipts into our expense management portal
Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, mailing, client gifting, setting up rooms for meetings, registering visitors, etc
Lead and manage special projects as they arise on behalf of the Partners and/or work on firmwide projects with other members of Executive Support Team
Anticipate the needs of the Partners and determine the best ways to free up their time

Required

2-5 years of experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an everchanging, fast paced environment
High-level of integrity and intelligence
Must be able to think critically, effectively, anticipate issues
Must have high attention to detail in all aspects of the role, work quickly and accurately
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Good relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organization
"No task is too small" mentality
Bachelor's degree is required
