Qualification
Required
Property Management, Community Association Management, and Real Estate Management experience
Knowledge of HOA regulations, Enforcement of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Contract Management
Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Managing Reserve Funds skills
Strong Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Customer Service skills
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Community Association Manager (CAM) or higher license in Georgia through the GREC is a must
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
