BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technical Intern to join its PGSS business area for a 10-week internship over the summer of 2026. The intern will focus on Manufacturing & Process Engineering and will work closely with a team aligned to that discipline at a BAE Systems facility.

Required

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (must have completed either Sophomore or Junior year)

Enrolled in or have taken Mechanical Engineering classes, Electrical Engineering Classes, or Industrial Engineering classes

Data Analytics experience / exposure (database design, working with databases)

MS Office (Excel, Word)

Motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

Preferred

Previous internship experience in a technical operations setting (manufacturing, industrial, process engineering)

Continuous improvement projects at school or work setting
