Responsibilities
Design and produce graphic content for digital and print media
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Arts degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Excellent organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Successful passing of a criminal background check (state, local, and national) is required
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Maintains strict confidentiality of information learned while working with the Florida Lottery
Preferred
2 or more years of professional graphic design experience is preferred
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) (After Effects is a plus)
Animation design and/or production is a plus
Strong communication skills
