Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
Research and identify target accounts aligned with each product’s ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, securing meetings for the Sales Team and product leads
Craft concise outreach messaging, leveraging feedback to continuously improve conversion rates
Track and report activity in CRM tools to build repeatable outreach processes
Partner with the product team to refine scripts, objection handling, and playbooks
Gather prospect feedback from early conversations and feed insights back to the team
Support early-stage campaigns (events, webinars, industry outreach) to generate top-of-funnel activity
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B tech preferred)
Relentless prospector with comfort in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Coachable and eager to learn, with a bias toward action and experimentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can spark curiosity in a few sentences
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach activity
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments
Mission-driven, scrappy, and excited to help launch new ventures from the ground up
