Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead resources to address client needs effectively
Drive the sale of additional services and coverage
Collaborate with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives
Support and guide administrative and customer service teams
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, or a high school diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience
Life & Health License
Able to travel up to 25% of the time
Clear communication skills to explain complex issues simply
