Responsibilities
Continuous Mail Review (Main tool that indicates that there is work to be done) maximum first response time 15 min
Address customer complaints and needs when necessary
Follow up on customer that have been assigned
Inputting and transmit import declaration
Prepare IT, IE, TE in-bonds, withdrawals, Entry 01, 21 (3461 & 7501)
Organize and scan all documents into AceSuite so they may be easily identified
Make sure importers comply with CBP rules & regulations
Provide customer service
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3- years of customer service experience
Experience working with CBP documentation
Bilingual
Industry related certifications
Database user interface
Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Typing skills (40+ WPM)
