Responsibilities

Own a territory of high-value named accounts, including multi-region and enterprise community association management companies
Drive full-cycle sales from initial outreach to close, including demos, solution mapping, financial modeling, and negotiation
Build tailored business cases aligned to operational efficiency, automation, payments adoption, and revenue impact
Identify and expand whitespace within existing enterprise relationships, increasing product adoption and platform utilization
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level, VP, and operational leaders in property management, accounting, community operations, and payments
Facilitate strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Ability to influence in a rapidly evolving environment
Experience in building tailored business cases aligned to operational efficiency, automation, payments adoption, and revenue impact
