Responsibilities

Develop market and economics analysis of industry needs and trends
Identify and develop collaboration and alliance opportunities (e.g.: Joint ventures, acquisitions, cooperative development, and technology licenses)
Structure, negotiate and implement alliance transactions to achieve Applied's objectives within acceptable risk parameters
Identify issues representing opportunities or threats of strategic importance
Develop and implement methodologies to achieve consensus for actions needed
Develop a project plan to execute growth opportunities

Required

7-10 yrs of experience in the Electronics Industry; technology, marketing, and/or business development roles
BS (or advanced degree) in science / engineering or business administration
