Responsibilities
Organize cross-functional meetings and act as liaison among operations, sales and marketing departments
Serve as a key point of contact for the Nixie team, customers and partners to escalate issues and track resolutions
Coordinate logistics to support daily operations, new product launches and consumer events
Process purchase orders (POs), book freight and track to delivery
Analyze and report on inventory and logistics metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree - Business, Economics, or similar preferred
Impeccable attention to detail when handling numbers, data, and documentation
Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis
Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Strong communicator across internal teams and with external partners
Problem-solving mindset; ability to escalate or find workarounds when needed
