The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing all marketing, branding, and communications efforts for GSB, balancing strategy and execution while managing day-to-day production and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the bank’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with growth and organizational goals

Lead and manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, social, radio and community channels

Design and produce marketing collateral, branch signage, and digital assets

Manage and maintain the bank’s website, including page creation, content updates and issue resolution

Manage and post to the bank’s social media pages

Serve as steward of the bank’s brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints

Lead public relations, press releases, and key communication

Plan and execute sponsorships, community events and branch initiatives

Track performance, report results, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Manage marketing vendors, tools and budgets as needed

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Compliance, Retail and HR for all marketing needs
