Responsibilities

Demonstrate your passion for solving problems and producing high quality solutions through web application development

Be part of an agile product team, collaborating often through pair and mob programming

Practice servant informal leadership; wear multiple hats

Exercise continuous improvement mindset; forward thinking

Clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get buy-in

Understand complex technical problems and translate them into clear and engaging solutions

Enable new capabilities for our Employer customer base that make managing their plan simple and intuitive

Qualification

Required

Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience building event driven architectures in the cloud is required (AWS, GCP, Azure)

3+ years of experience working with React or Next.js is required

Some on call required

Informal leadership/mentorship preferred

Experience working within an Agile team preferred
