Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new LTL business opportunities
Build and manage a sales pipeline; visit customers locally and out of state
Negotiate and sign new customer contracts
Support driver hiring (screening, scheduling, onboarding)
Assist with insurance, claims, and DOT documentation
Research markets, companies, and growth opportunities
Assist with warehouse coordination and shipment receiving when needed
Qualification
Required
LTL experience (required)
Logistics / transportation background
Proven sales or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills
Excel proficiency
Ability to travel on short notice
