They are seeking a reliable, motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to communicate with customers and sell pest and wildlife services via phone, email, or text messaging.

Responsibilities
Answering phones, responding to emails and text messages
Providing information about our services via phone, email and text messaging
Providing Solutions to customer inquiries
Receiving and delivering messages timely to technicians verbally and/or in writing
Create estimates/service agreements for current or prospective customers
Following up on pending estimates/service agreements
Respond promptly to inquires from potential customers
Scheduling and entering work orders for pest control jobs and wildlife services
Collecting past-due receivables
Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent (Required)
Valid Driver's License
