Account Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for buyers, proactively managing account activity and driving engagement
Understand buyer goals, the industry, and regional nuance, and tailor company tools to meet their unique business need and company KPIs
Analyze account and bidding data to identify performance gaps and propose actionable solutions
Build trust through consistent, professional communication across email, phone, and in-person interactions
Negotiate difficult situations with buyers to come up with solutions that are acceptable for all parties involved
Manage a portfolio of accounts, balancing retention and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver account reviews and performance reports

Required

2+ years experience in a customer service position (marketplace platforms or industry knowledge a plus, prior account management experience is preferred)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and educate clients
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a knack for navigating ambiguity
The ability to be highly analytical
Must collaborate well in a team environment and adapt well to change
Basic proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), Google Workspace with a data-oriented mindset
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST with some flexibility based on the needs of the department
Some travel is required
