Responsibilities

Prepare and document daily and monthly evaluations on maintenance actions, responsiveness, and quality of work

Provide routine facility inspections

Collect information on facility equipment and systems

Document information in a consolidated database

Attend multiple meetings to review project development and status

Read and comprehend construction drawings, specifications, and ICD-705 standards to ensure that construction projects are built according to design. Immediately report any discrepancies

Take pictures throughout the length of the project necessary for reporting

Required

Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with programs of similar size and scope for Project Manager III

Minimum 5-8 years of experience with programs of similar size and scope for Project Manager IV

Experienced in construction and project management to support various construction and alteration projects within IC-occupied facilities worldwide

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written

Preferred

Quality Assurance (QA) certification highly desired
