Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate separation-related projects across HR, Communications, and operational teams
Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, testing, and documentation
Partner with IT and HR teams to ensure operational readiness and data integrity
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and resolve issues
Maintain project trackers and documentation for both systems and talent workstreams
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management across impacted teams
Provide regular updates to leadership and governance bodies
Track feedback and action items from engagement activities and pulse surveys
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to align with strategic goals
Qualification
Required
4–6 years in project management or HR program coordination, ideally within transformation or separation initiatives
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Familiarity with HR systems, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
Experience with enterprise-level project management tools
Proficient in Smartsheet and Excel, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives using PowerPoint
