Area Director of Sales – Central Region

SafelyYou is a company dedicated to enhancing senior living through innovative AI solutions and technology. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to secure new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle for smaller regional operators, focusing on building relationships with C-suite executives and ensuring a smooth transition post-sale.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region, targeting smaller operators
Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and lead generation through contract negotiation and execution
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives through in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and ongoing communication
Work closely with account management and clinical success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale
Travel to attend state and regional conferences and events to promote SafelyYou's solutions and generate leads, up to 50% travel is required
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, to effectively position SafelyYou’s offerings
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to track progress against goals in our CRM
Provides prospect feedback on products, services, and policy to respective Company partners

Required

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales
Senior Living experience is a plus
Experience engaging with C-suite executives and managing complex sales processes
Strong prospecting skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and client meetings
Passionate about our mission and our technology
Experience with G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce and Slack
Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
