Responsibilities

Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to define project scope, identify risks, and support accurate project planning

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals using industry-standard estimating software

Solicit, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure comprehensive and competitive project coverage

Support constructability reviews, value engineering initiatives, and preconstruction scheduling to optimize project outcomes

Collaborate with project teams and clients to confirm alignment on project scope, schedule, and deliverables

Assist with project handoff to operations and maintain estimating databases for future reference

Perform additional duties as assigned to support preconstruction and project objectives
