Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients
Educate customers on insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance
Quote, bind, and service insurance policies
Identify cross-sell and coverage improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures
Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewals
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
Build long-term relationships and trust with clients
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to learn insurance products and regulations
Basic computer and office software skills
Preferred
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license
Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience
Licensing & Training
Licensed candidates may begin servicing and selling immediately
Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain required state insurance licenses within a specified timeframe
