This role involves performing inspections, collecting quality data, and ensuring accurate documentation to maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections following established procedures
Use standard measuring and test equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and fixtures
Verify product conformance to drawings, work instructions, and inspection plans
Identify, label, and segregate nonconforming material and support NCR creation under supervision
Accurately record inspection results and maintain complete, traceable quality documentation
Maintain organized, audit-ready quality records and support data consistency across systems
Escalate quality concerns promptly to Quality Inspectors or Quality leadership
Support continuous improvement activities, including data collection and root cause analysis support
Qualification
Required
Experience reading and following work instructions, drawings, and basic specifications
Familiarity with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, or data entry systems
Preferred
Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
Familiarity with quality systems or standards such as ISO 9001
Experience entering, maintaining, or managing data in quality or production systems
