Responsibilities

Act as a key analyst, monitoring financial and claims data, interpreting contract compliance for managed care organizations, assessing financial statements for efficiency, and conducting utilization reviews
Use data, exercise initiative, make policy-based decisions, and prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to highlight non-compliance and operational performance
Play a crucial part in ensuring the fiscal integrity and compliance of managed care organizations

Required

One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
