Responsibilities

Designing and implementing Splunk architecture and solutions tailored to business needs
Development and maintenance of Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor system performance and security
Collaborating with IT and security teams to integrate Splunk with other systems and data sources
Troubleshooting web application support in authoring and maintaining technical documentation
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Splunk performance and data ingestion
Conducting regular health checks and performance tuning of the Splunk environment
Providing training and support to end-users on Splunk functionalities

Required

2+ years of experience with designing and implementing Splunk architecture and solutions tailored to business needs
2+ years of experience with the development and maintenance of Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor system performance and security
2+ years of experience collaborating with IT and security teams to integrate Splunk with other systems and data sources
1+ years of experience with troubleshooting web application support in authoring and maintaining technical documentation
1+ years of experience with shell scripting or PowerShell and automation tools
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Splunk performance and data ingestion
Ability to conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of the Splunk environment
Ability to provide training and support to end-users on Splunk functionalities
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks
Experience with Splunk architecture, data ingestion, and search processing language (SPL)
Experience with IT operations, security information, and event management (SIEM) concepts
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
