Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery

Monitor project financials, including cost control, billing, and change orders

Ensure accurate monthly progress billing and timely collection of receivables

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly

Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates

Mentor Project Managers and Engineers; provide guidance on technical and operational challenges

Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment

Ensure adherence to company standards, building codes, and safety regulations

Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and project close-out documentation
