Responsibilities

Preparing/Populating Funding Document acceptance and modification based on government input
Analyzing financial data to identify project and organizational discrepancies as well as anomalies in task execution; this may include labor charges, non-labor cost reporting, erroneous charges, and overruns
Preparing weekly Expenditure Reports
Performing fiscal year closeout and startup analyses

Required

Significant relevant accounting or finance experience in a U.S. Navy/DoD setting
Strong experience with financial transactions in the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) system
Preparing/Populating Funding Document acceptance and modification based on government input
Analyzing financial data to identify project and organizational discrepancies as well as anomalies in task execution
Preparing weekly Expenditure Reports
Performing fiscal year closeout and startup analyses
Active Secret clearance
Proficient Navy ERP/EDW
Proficient Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
3 years of relevant experience working as a Financial Analyst within the DoD sector
U.S. Citizenship
