They are seeking a Senior Associate to advise clients on revenue enhancements and operational efficiencies through customized operating models, while also supporting business development and mentoring employees.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models, to include AI accelerators to reduce costs
Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, conduct gap assessments, and design target state operating models
Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals
Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum three years of recent experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited college/university
Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front-to-back trade flows, leading vendor systems, and/or industry protocols
Experience with Python, SQL, data modeling, data analysis and visualizations; experience using or deployment of genAI tools and solutions (for example: MS Co-Pilot, Github, agentic solutions), or assessing commercial feasibility of new AI solutions
Solid experience working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of Sales and Trading or Asset Management
Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
Travel locally onsite 3-4 days per week
