Pathway CTM is collaborating with BAE Systems to offer a Higher Apprentice position in Radar Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. The role involves utilizing engineering drawings and documentation to design and verify technical performance in various assemblies related to Maritime and Land based Radar products.

Responsibilities

Utilise engineering drawings, data and documentation in order to undertake the design, evaluation, measuring, diagnosing & verification of technical performance on a wide range of mechanical, electrical and electronic assemblies and components found within our complex Maritime and Land based Radar products

This covers Radio Frequency transmit and receive modules, power regulators, control boards and other bespoke assemblies

Gain knowledge and expertise in the use of a wide range of common and specialist design, measuring and diagnostic tools & testing equipment, in order to follow a technical specification and process to ensure individual components and assemblies meet the required parameters

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4/A*-C which must include Maths & English & a Science/Technical Subject

An equivalent level 3 vocational qualification (must be a STEM related subject that aligns to the scheme/area you are applying for and worth a minimum of 96 UCAS points)
