Responsibilities
Lead Vitale Biosignals’ global strategic sales function, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market positioning, and growth targets
Develop and execute enterprise and institutional sales strategies targeting financial institutions, fintech partners, and large-scale commercial clients
Drive complex, high-value sales engagements involving multi-stakeholder decision processes and long sales cycles
Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to align client needs with platform capabilities and roadmap priorities
Design and implement scalable go-to-market strategies across priority regions and client segments
Translate corporate strategy into actionable sales plans, pipelines, and revenue forecasts
Identify new market opportunities, vertical expansions, and strategic use cases for Vitale Biosignals’ platforms
Establish pricing, packaging, and value propositions that support sustainable, long-term revenue growth
Build and manage strategic relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers at institutional clients
Develop partnership frameworks with fintechs, data providers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption and distribution
Ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding, delivery, and account expansion in collaboration with client success teams
Position Vitale Biosignals as a trusted, long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor
Oversee sales performance management, pipeline governance, and forecasting accuracy
Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics linking sales performance to strategic business outcomes
Optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability
Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates, deal velocity, and average contract value
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global strategic sales team
Recruit and develop top-tier sales talent with strong consultative and institutional selling capabilities
Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and customer-centric sales culture
Establish leadership development, succession planning, and professional growth pathways within the sales organization
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards relevant to financial technology and institutional clients
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on contract structures, data usage, and risk considerations
Promote ethical selling practices, transparency, and accountability across all commercial engagements
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or commercial leadership within fintech, financial services, or enterprise technology
Demonstrated success closing large-scale, complex enterprise or institutional deals
Strong understanding of financial technology, data-driven platforms, and institutional client needs
Proven ability to build and scale global sales organizations and go-to-market frameworks
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
