Responsibilities

Solicit, review, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements

Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation

Deliver results efficiently, ensuring quality and customer value; report outcomes to clients and stakeholders

Engage with clients and internal teams to manage risks and resolve issues promptly

Ensure deployments are completed on time and meet contractual requirements

Monitor operational services to maintain quality and compliance with KPIs and SLAs

Prioritize competing demands based on resources and client commitments

Support decision-making and act quickly to sustain project progress

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years experience in: Gathering, analyzing, and writing business requirements (functional and non-functional)

3+ years experience in: Leading requirements gathering and validation processes

3+ years experience in: Healthcare industry, specifically Health and Human Services programs (SNAP and Medicaid)

1+ year experience in: Managing project controls (issues, risks, scope, schedules)

1+ year experience in: Maintaining visibility on day-to-day activities and engaging executive stakeholders

Experience with SDLC

Experience with government RFP responses and SOW activities

Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills

Preferred

Advanced experience in requirements analysis and documentation within healthcare programs (SNAP and Medicaid)
