They are seeking a Control State Sales Representative responsible for advancing and securing sales in the market, building relationships with retailers, and executing merchandising standards within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Promote and sell a portfolio of spirits and beverage alcohol products to on- and off-premise accounts in your assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bar managers, and distributors
Execute merchandising standards, including shelf placement, product rotation, cold box organization, and promotional displays
Present new products, features, and brand programs to drive visibility and sales
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to ensure proper stock and presentation
Participate in promotional events, tastings, and account activities, including some nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements
State-issued Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License (as required)
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 100 pounds)
A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
An excellent communicator and strategic thinker
Driven by results and motivated to grow your career
