Responsibilities

Work alongside the CEO to execute on key problems, opportunities and initiatives, at speed. You’re a force multiplier towards what matters most

Identify and launch new growth/ revenue opportunities

Lead and take full ownership of mission critical initiatives

Solve difficult problems at speed, right across the business

Entirely own any key operating responsibilities that have been delegated to you

Bring clarity to the chaos, providing clear direction and motivation to the people you’re working with
