Instrumentation North Region District Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships at key Channel Partners to capitalize on sales and services synergies, leverage operational efficiencies and assure profitable partnerships
Create and develop growth-orientated business plans with Channel Partners for new and existing accounts. Gain agreement, establishing measures of performance to drive mutual accountability
Ensure quality and responsiveness for all the services provided, and continually strive to improve with the aim of offering a superior ease of doing business experience
Coordinate partner competency development, resource utilization and program execution
Execute channel strategies to drive Instrumentation market share growth, including tailored regional and application specific strategies
Provide Local Sales and Business Development with regular account updates—leveraging CRM tools—highlighting opportunities and escalating issues as necessary
Develop and strengthen relationships at key channel partners to capitalize on sales and services synergies, leverage operational efficiencies and assure profitable partnerships
Disseminate training and campaign programs to keep channel partners up-to date with latest offerings

Required

Bachelor's degree
5 + Years of Channel Management, Sales, or Distribution Planning
Strong Account management and instrumentation selling experience is required
Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative-taking
Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization
